KDP Ebook, The Sorry Life of Bobby Chase-the-Lord

There may have been some confusion on the location of the subject ebook. I received an e-mail from Amazon telling me it was in the Createspace store, but when I looked, I coudn’t find it. I went looking for it and found it here: amazon.com/dp/B0748Z73L3.
I think this will make it easier to find.

Happy reading!

Fine Reading

I would like you to take a look at C. G. Faulkner’s Western Trilogy.
Unreconstructed: A Story of the Old West, Vol. 1; Undaunted, vol.2; and Unrepentant, Vol. 3. Here is his Author Page (first page) from Author Central, Amazon.com: (A good buy.)

And here is his Facebook page from Facebook.com:

The Kindle Edition of The Sorry Life of Bobby Chase-the-Lord is now available. I’ve bee working all week to get this out, but even using Kindle Creator, there are some spacing errors for which I apologize. I’ll be working on them, but right now I don’t have any time for it. The novel reads continuously from begging to end, so you shouldn’t have any trouble with it. For $2.99 you can’t beat it! Order your copy today!

Y’all have a great weekend!

What Do You Know?

Whadda ya know? My computer problems have been resolved for now – yay!

More good news. After setback after setback, a Proof copy of The Sorry Life of Bobby Chase-the-Lord will be arriving later this week! It won’t be long after that it will be released to the public. I guess you would call it a novella of about 33,000 words, 138 pages in the book, the first of three in the series.

More info will be posted in my forthcoming Newsletter to be released soon.

Have a great week!

Newsletter Info

Yesterday, I released E=mail Test #2 on the New Releases Newsletter. It is short and sweet(?) and lists some people and websites I have been following the last couple of months or longer. It also lets people know how I spend my time on the PC.

Please sign up to receive the Newsletter. You never know when a good post will be popping up that you will be interested in.

Last Sunday, Turner Classics had a day of Western movies. I missed most of The Naked Spur with James Stewart but saw a small portion where the Indians were attacking. When I returned, the old master, John Wayne, was starring in Cahill, U. S. Marshal, and I watched most of it. It was entertaining with a little comedy as Big John sees how he went wrong in raising his two sons as a widower. Being gone most of the time, he didn’t know them as well as he thought he did, and they got in trouble. Wayne rescues them and tells them he will do a better job in the future. Lots of action moves the plot along and I stuck to the end and enjoyed it.

Now What?

The Free Books are done for this go-round. Maybe there will be another one before too long. Hope you enjoy them and write a review on Amazon.

Sign up for my New Releases Newsletter and receive info on all my books. There are nine of them so far. I will be publishing second revisions to some of them in the near future and my new book is almost ready. It is in the production stage and I’m working on the metadata. It will be published before too much longer. Use the pop-up on my blog Cattle Dust to sign up. The sign-up form will be showing up on Facebook, too, and at Bloggincurly on Google blogs. It would be a big help if you sign up. Thank you.

Free book, Western Stories, is available through April 29th. Don’t forget to get your copy here https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Western+Stories+by+Oscar+William+Case.

And leave a review on Amazon, please.

Also my book, The Man from Hanksville, will be free May 2 through May 4. Get your copy of this one, too, https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=The+Man+from+Hanksville+by+Oscar+William+Case&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3AThe+Man+from+Hanksville+by+Oscar+William+Case.

A review on Amazon would be appreciated, but not necessary to receive the book.

Have a great weekend!

Avoid My Mistakes

I hope new users of WordPess blog are not having the problems that I seem to have in Cattle Dust. It’s all my own fault that I didn’t read the directions first. Heck, all blogs should be the same, just log on and get with the program, which I did. Wrong way to go about it. FIRST, read the instructions from beginning to end. SECOND, go to it and start blogging. THIRD, GO BACK TO THE INSTRUCTIONS AND READ ‘EM AGAIN. Maybe it’ll work fine and it does for blogging. So I’ve written a few posts and everything went fine.

The next step is to mess with the template and customize it. I’ve been doing that for a while and made a little progress, but not enough, since I don’t see any changes yet. I’m beginning to think I’m a DIMWIT and, Hell, maybe I am.

I’l just keep working on it and when the light bulb lights up, it’ll be a EUREKA-type day. Live and learn someone said way back. The living part is easy, but the learning part comes pretty slow with age and unfamiliarity. That’s my excuse.

AVOID MY MISTAKES and study the directions first, not last!

Still Going

Still not quite ready to roll out the new. Another couple weeks, maybe. I’ve been watching videos and reading about doing some things, part of which is accomplished, but have some way to go.

In the meantime, I hope you are keeping up with my other blog on Google at Oscar-curlyblog.blogspot.com. I posted a review of L’Amour’s Sackett over there last week. More to come with the new facelift. I had trouble re-sizing the cover photo in the header, but I found an easy way to do it and that will be changing, too.

Enjoy the wonderful weather and life!
